Hi. My name is Gayle Lewis, and I am a Licensed Social Worker. My deepest passion is to help people heal from past experiences that have hindered growth and kept them from thriving emotionally, relationally, or professionally. I do this by taking a client-centered, strengths-based approach, listening with empathy and unconditional positive regard. My primary specializations are the treatment of anxiety disorders, and performing evaluations and testing for a variety of issues. I enjoy working with families and individuals both and have extensive experience with group therapy. I also do coaching for professional as well as personal issues. I have locations in Lisle IL and Joliet, IL. My work with anxiety is through effective, non-medical interventions based on developing skills for dealing with emotional experiences. I utilize homework, reading and skill development to accelerate the client's progress and assist them in feeling better sooner.

Tiffany McBride (She, Her, They, Them) Tiffany McBride is a Clinical Psychotherapist, Life Coach, Energy Master and Teacher, Birth and Death Doula, Ordained Shamanic Minister, Expressive Artist, and Author. Tiffany runs a private practice named Holistic Vibrations, LLC, utilizing holistic remedies and altered states of consciousness for those who struggle with trauma, addictions, women’s issues, LGBTQAI+ support, and those seeking a deeper spiritual connection. Tiffany is currently working on their Doctorate in Shamanic Psycho-Spiritual Studies and training to be a Yoga Teacher and a Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Kimberly specializes in numerous mental health issues, including: Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, PTSD, Anger Issues, Relationship issues, and Personality and Behavior Disorders. Over the years, Kimberly has gained expertise with several specialty areas and populations in mental health, including co-occurring disorders, trauma-informed/ gender-responsive treatment, and has significant experience working with diverse populations. Kimberly also has expertise working with clients with substance abuse struggles and is a Registered Dual Disorder Professional (RDDP).

As a practical, interactive therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. With sensitivity and compassion, I help clients find solutions for arange of life challenges and psychological issues. In addition to therapy, I do life coaching. For years, I have lectured on change management and employer workplace issues. I have also worked directly with employees from manufacturing, medical fields, and academia to clarify, simplify and enhance their total life. In my work history prior to becoming a licensed therapist, I was a successful corporate executive.

As a business coach, I have experience in the areas of mental health, healthcare, coaching, consulting, and retail of wellness products. I have a passion for helping entrepreneurs accomplish their goals and see their dreams become reality!

My work with individuals is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and skill building. I support clients in connecting with themselves while helping them understand how their history impacts their current relationships and their sense of self. I have many years of experience working with children and their caregivers. Our work together will involve play, attunement, and parent coaching. As a part of the therapeutic process, I collaborate with each child’s team to create a cohesive plan for children and their families.

As a counselor, my heart's desire is to help people find hope, as hope is the one thing that can help us get through the darkest of times. My personal journey is one of many losses restored, and reaching out with a listening heart is my joy and passion.
