I use an integrated approach to therapy and coaching that may include trauma informed techniques from various counseling approaches, including (but not limited to) EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Gottman, Life Coaching, Positive Psychology, and Health Psychology.
