I have over 6 years of professional experience working with individuals struggling with substance use, various mental health challenges, and family conflict. Specifically, I am highly specialized in the fields of addiction, divorce, family conflict, and treatment of anxiety and/or depression. As your therapist, my goal is to provide equal parts compassion and empathy while encouraging growth and change. Lastly, I am able draw from and offer my own life experiences with growth and change when helpful.

I recently moved to Rexburg and enjoy being in the outdoors, exploring new places and playing sports. I have been married for over 16 years and have 9 children. I love helping people learn and grow. Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been called to serve and help others navigate their way through this journey called life. I do however, specialize in trauma informed care. I am EMDR trained and believe in meeting people where they are, providing unconditional positive regard and finding congruence within each story. Addictions are treated including including sex addiction, addiction to pornography, cyber-gaming, food and nicotine addiction. Also treated are adult children of addicts, and personality disorders. Treatment methods include a solution focused, brief therapy that include cognitive behavior therapy, rational hypnotherapy, bio-feedback and brief, gestalt therapy.
