I recently moved to Rexburg and enjoy being in the outdoors, exploring new places and playing sports. I have been married for over 10 years and have 4 children. I love helping people learn and grow. I am a marriage and family therapist who works with couples, families, and individuals where addiction has disrupted their lives. I specialize in pornography addiction, sex addiction, and families with children who have special needs (Autism, ADHD, and Developmental delays).
I believe each client is unique and possesses the strength and resources to improve and heal themselves. Sometimes we need help from others to accomplish our goals and make changes in our lives to become our most congruent self. Congruence is harmony of the body, mind, and soul.
I help people rediscover the strength and resources they have within themselves to move forward towards their goals. I provide a safe, collaborative space for clients to help them accomplish their goals and improve their wellness.
