My focus is to build a collaborative relationship and assist clients in making positive changes in their lives by applying practical and proven strategies.
I specialize in substance abuse, individual and couples counseling, family therapy, stress management, anger management, and recovery maintenance. I am currently in long term recovery myself and I understand the struggle and difficulties that occurs while trying to step away from the destructive nature of addictions. Together, we can make it a little easer.
