Hi! I'm Amy Williams, and I support people making changes. You may be doing new things in new ways out of necessity. You may be setting new habits by choice. You may also be supported by a licensed medical provider, a therapist, or both. You may still need more support to form new habits, or to maintain your own goals already in motion. I'm a national board-certified health and wellness coach. My practice includes evidence-based integrative health, professional collaboration, and acceptance. You and I collaborate on your wellness vision to guide your path. I offer neuroaffirming and identity-affirming health and wellness coaching.
I have lived experience as a late-diagnosed, neurodivergent person, retired from a long career in international higher education. I also maintain substantial improvements to my own physical health and overall wellness. My professional wellness coaching training is from the Mayo Clinic and integrates evidence-based coaching strategies and holistic awareness.
