I am a Licensed Psychologist in private practice for 20+ years. I offer individual psychotherapy via Telehealth only. My practice tends to focus on issues of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, parenting concerns and personal growth. In our work together, I will help to support and guide you in understanding and knowing yourself better. When people fully engage in the therapy process, over time their life skills, self-confidence and relationships improve. Therapy can be an incredibly helpful and rewarding process, especially if you are patient with yourself.

I believe in people's innate resilience and capacity for change as they navigate the challenging situations in their lives.
