We provide EMDR Therapy to heal from traumatic experiences such as abuse, rejection, abandonment, accidents, catastrophic events or medical trauma.

My clients typically experience comfort and a sense of belonging when working with me. I enjoy working with clients that are 16+, working through issues such as anxiety, depression, life stress, trauma, school anxiety, teenage struggles, self-confidence or all of the above!

I have over a decade of experience as a Psychotherapist, helping clients recover from trauma, manage anxious and depressive symptoms, deconstruct their faith systems, reduce destructive behavioral patterns, sort through charged memories, and deal with their complicated in-laws. I have an eclectic approach, and I specialize in utilizing EMDR, IFS, and CBT frameworks. I truly believe everything is connected, both internally and externally. Thus, it is imperative to account for the 'whole person' in order for therapy to be effective. I also think it's important to laugh once in a while.

Brian London is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Minnesota who has been practicing since 2019. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Metropolitan State University and a Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary's University in Minneapolis. Brian can help clients find the tools they have within themselves to maximize their strengths and overcome their challenges so they can conquer life's adversities to live healthier and more satisfying lives. Outside of work, Brian is a league bowler, and loves to go see movies.

I specialize in Borderline Personality Disorder and other Cluster B personality Disorder and mood disorder. Clients who benefit most from therapy sessions with me are often experiencing feelings of low self-worth, suicidal ideation, depression, social isolation, restlessness, and sometimes describe "wanting to feel normal again," "feeling crazy" or have feelings that they are so anxious that they feel paralyzed and can't be present when they are doing an enjoyable activity, or when they need to focus on something important but can't bring themselves to start the next activity because of their worry.
