It is important to me that all of my clients realize the truth that they are worthy, loveable, capable, and resilient.
I primarily support my clients through brain-based therapy/intervention (EMDR/ Brainspotting) and an evidenced-based therapy called Internal Family Systems or “Parts work” to heal past or recent hurts that are fogging or distorting the lens they see their present world through.
