I strongly believe that our experiences shape our perspectives and influence how we move through our lives. Every individual is unique. While being impacted by social, cultural, economic, and spiritual experiences, I acknowledge that within each person lies inherent strengths to draw from towards healing and growth. My goal is to help each person discover and build upon those strengths in a safe environment, establishing a collaborative relationship with which we can work together through a tailored, integrated approach. I am honest and non-enabling in my approach as a social worker.

I have spent years working with individuals and helping them through addiction, trauma, anxiety and relationship troubles. Often co-occurring disorders such as codependency and depression live just under the surface and make it hard to sustain a life of meaning and purpose. When these issues are addressed, true healing is possible. I love to assist people in discovering their true self by working through their thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

Dr. Mor, a clinical psychologist native to Boca Raton specializes in substance abuse, alcohol abuse, depression and anxiety. Her training in cognitive behavioral therapy allows her to implement practical strategies, for example modifying negative thinking and behaviors to improve mood and quality of life. She has built a reputation as a compassionate therapist with strategies for treating OCD and bipolar disorder. A Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude graduate of Florida State University and NSU, Dr. Mor trained at the competitive teaching hospital, New Jersey Veterans Affairs and is highly specialized in mindfulness interventions.

My ideal client likely contends with isolation and depression, along with stress, memory and cognitive issues. They need an outlet for communication and self-expression in a safe and nurturing environment. Ryan Callahan is a Physician Assistant from Miami, Florida. She also has a Master of Public Health Degree and Bachelor of Psychology degree. She has Emergency Department experience and treats people of all ages ranging from pediatrics to adults. In her spare time, she takes every opportunity to travel, both domestically and internationally.
