I became a certified hypnotherapist after my bout with stage 3 non-hodgkins lymphoma. I was told I'd never be cancer free and am now coming up on 10 years of remission. I practiced hypnosis and other healing modalities to help me through my cancer journey. I believe in what I do and the power we all hold within ourselves to make the necessary changes in creating a healthier, happier, more fulfilling lifestyle.
