As athletes, it's easy to forget that if we don't mind our mental health, we can feel detached from ourselves, team, and loved ones. In the world of athletics, this happens all too often. Sometimes, we can turn to friends, family, mentors to help us turn it around. Other times, we need additional help. As a former Division 1 & professional athlete, as well as a coach at the club and collegiate levels, I provide a safe and empathetic space for athletes, coaches, and their families to work through challenges. After beginning this work at Baylor Athletics, I strive to continue investing in wellness for the athletic community.

Please note that I am private pay only and my sliding scale spots are full. I focus on helping clients identify and attain their own personal goals in therapy. I believe in empowering clients while compassionately guiding them through the therapy process with a mind-body approach to healing. I have worked with a broad and diverse groups of people with issues related to academics, career development, trauma, family relationships, lgbtqia specific issues, domestic violence, romantic relationships, anxiety, depression, and grief. I specialize in helping people overcome emotional neglect by identifying what it is, what it looks like and compassionately assisting people in processing their experiences of it.
