As a former D1 collegiate and professional athlete & coach, I help athletes and high performers navigate the mental side of sport and life. I provide a safe, empathetic space for athletes, coaches, and their families to work through challenges.

During our time together, you will gain self-awareness, process through negative emotions and experiences, gain interpersonal skills, and work through other issues athletes and coaches face in sport and within their personal lives. Concerns I work with: anxiety, confidence issues, unhealthy relationship with food/body, trauma, transition, neurodivergence.
