One passion of mine is the journey of motherhood and the various seasons and transitions of maternal mental health - from fertility to pregnancy to postpartum.
And after 14 plus years working in college mental health, another passion of mine is working with adolescents/young adults and their emerging sense of self, identity formation, and potential crises. It is my honor to be invited into these and other personal moments on one's journey - facilitating change, providing resources, and pointing towards hope.
