There are times when couples counseling does not revive a marriage and couples need to go their separate ways. I am also a certified divorce mediator. I help couples negotiate a settlement without incurring the expense and psychological distress involved with litigation. Mediation is a non hostile method of finding a fair and equitable agreement.
As a licensed psychotherapist, divorce mediator and educator, I bring a variety of skills and resources to individualize treatment. I utilize cognitive skills, mindfulness and body centered therapy for each individual.
