Therapy and mental health became a passion of mine after my own experience with therapy. Having gone through my own experiences with anxiety, I saw the benefit of how a therapist can untangle the web of thoughts and make them easier to navigate.

I create a welcoming, safe environment where you feel safe and heard. I am LGBT+ aligned, I use EMDR for processing and working through trauma, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) because of the connections between people's perceptions of their situations and Solution-Focused Therapy for clients who want more direct answers to their concerns.
