I specialize in trauma, abuse and relationship issues, utilizing a blend of treatment approaches. I am trained in EMDR, mindfulness meditation and visualization techniques.
I also welcome coaching clients who are hoping to become clear on and achieve their goals. I enjoy facilitating wellness groups for those who wish to learn to take better care of themselves and find peace in their busy lives.
