Therapy is one of many paths on the road to improving personal growth and gaining self awareness. Awareness is the first step to transformation. Through the therapeutic process, I help clients explore their inner world to facilitate personal change. I enjoy working with individuals who are open and willing to navigate their inner lives to find hope and healing, and transition into living a more fulfilling and intentional life. My clinical interests focus on issues related to self-esteem, life transitions, divorce, parenting, work/life balance, elder issues, stress management, anxiety, anger management and mood management.

I utilize an integrated approach to therapy with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused methods to help clients achieve balance and wellness in their lives. My therapeutic emphasis is focused on creating a collaborative, open, safe, judgment-free, warm, and empathetic environment for clients.

I hold a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver, and a Master's Degree in Education from George Washington University in Washington, D.C..
