Note: I’m unable to take insurance. My session rates are $100 for individuals and $150 for couples. I specialize in working with those of us who are living with a dissociative disorder. Research shows a direct link from early childhood trauma to adulthood dissociative disorders, as well as autoimmune disorders. I'm a Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST) practitioner - an approach based on the Structural Dissociation model. I use Harville Hendrix's Imago relational model for system & couples work. I also teach Stephen Porges' Polyvagal approach. I’m trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy through Level ll.

I use somatic therapy, sound & vibration, parts work, bilateral stimulation, and EFT. Let's bring dissociative disorders out of the closet. Everybody gets a voice! Please note my Zoom appts are full. —> This group is not running right now This is a skills group for those of us who deal with the fallout from childhood trauma and have dissociative disorders, such as DID, BPD, personality disorders & autoimmune diseases. Research now shows a direct connection between childhood trauma and dissociative & autoimmune disorders. You can change outgrown patterns, resolve inner conflicts and improve your relationship with your body sensations, thoughts & feelings.
