I offer a range of specialty services that generally fall outside the typical categories and tend to use a “whole person” approach to treatment and stabilization, though over the last 10+ years of intensive couple’s and individual work I’ve treated almost everything and welcome all issues large or small, no matter the complexity. I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy as well as Spiritual Emergence Coaching and meditation training for issues where mental health and spirituality meet. Lastly, I offer specialty testing to precisely identify problems and diagnoses, then use these to best determine what treatment will be most helpful.

I have 14 years of experience working with individuals and families in various settings. Each one of us have a tremendous innate ability to heal ourselves. She has been practicing psychotherapy since 2004. She holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Social Work Degrees with high honors from the University of Southern California. Sandra is a licensed clinical social worker in the states of California and Colorado. Her commitment to the field extends to education, as she has served as an adjunct professor at Colorado State University, School of Social Work, Master of Social Work Program.

Erin received a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from University of Northern Colorado and an MA in Counseling from Colorado Christian University. Before starting her own practice, she spent 8.5 years at a Christian non-profit counseling center serving a variety of populations. She also spent four years serving in a variety of leadership roles in the organization and supervising clinicians in the process of completing their licensing hours. Before joining that group practice, Erin interned at Medical Center of the Rockies, which grew her heart for healing trauma and working with medical professionals and first responders.
