Fifteen years of clinical experience and specialized training in trauma, attachment, and child therapy help me guide children and adults through a wide range of challenges. I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to create a compassionate, grounded space for deep healing.
