I know how difficult it can be looking for a therapist. I am here to let you know there is a soft and safe space to land. Together, we work through symptoms related to depression, anxiety, sleep disturbances, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem or past trauma with a mind-body approach. I am a somatic therapist, EMDR & embodiment trained, with lived experience. I specialize in the unique challenges & pressures for creatives & public-facing careers, such as founders, media personalities, and the entertainment industry. I am sex-positive, sexuality/gender/kink affirmative, and committed to social justice principles.
After teaching yoga and mindfulness for over a decade, it was clear to me a holistic approach combining mind and body was the most appropriate way to work through difficulties and trauma for overall well-being. My work has focused on finding your optimal well-being, nuanced "little t" trauma, relationships, body and body image, and wellness as a human right.
