I have extensive experience working with adults with Anxiety, OCD, Depression as well as work stressors, relational issues, difficulty communicating and Complex Trauma. I approach therapy from a person-centered focus looking to create solutions and change.
I believe it is really important to build a relationship to make someone feel heard, seen and safe to be able to incorporate change in their everyday life.
