CCP therapists utilize integrated principles from a variety of modalities, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, harm reduction, internal family systems, somatic experiencing, and other modalities as appropriate. We will work collaboratively with you in session so that your emotions, relationships, body, and lived experiences can help illuminate the way forward.
Each of our therapists prioritizes a therapeutic relationship characterized by radical validation and unconditional positive regard, so that you can feel safe, seen, and supported in your self-work.
