Walk & Talk
A "walk & talk" takes the therapeutic counseling process out into the fresh open spaces where we move our bodies and discuss issues and concerns. We have learned that exercise is beneficial to our mental health process, and in particular, is helpful to those dealing with anxiety and depression. This "Walk & Talk" is preferably just the counselor (me) and you. Contact me through Psychology Today for details on times and session fees. The fee is affordable. The location for Walk N Talk is either White Rock Lake area or Katy Trail.
