Hi! I’m Caroline. I know how messy it can get inside of ourselves. It can feel nearly impossible to figure out what’s true, what’s right, and what we need. Especially, with the expectations, conditions that were drilled into us telling us who we are supposed to be/do/want. I cared deeply about attuning to you, deeply hearing the hurt, betrayals, disappointments, finding the parts of us that have been silenced or hidden, and holding the anxiety that can tremble inside of us. I support clients navigating grief, anxiety, trauma, burnout, parenting and relationships with warmth, deep compassion and openness and respect.

My specialities include: recovering parts of ourselves, navigating our inner world and outer relationships, anxiety, burnout, pregnancy, postpartum & perinatal care, somatic attunement (learning to be in your body), trauma processing, parts work (IFS), conscious parenting, and being a mirror to you, as your journey through all transitions of your world.

Healing is restoring our natural power, creativity, joy and autonomy; getting in touch with the 'wild' within that has been shunned away or been told "you are too much". If you hear and feel the “yes, this” inside of you; trust and follow your knowing, your voice, your longing. You have wisdom right there in your bones.

I often use EMDR to process trauma or traumatic events to help clients get unstuck and move from trauma beliefs instead of running into them over and over again. I use parts work and Internal Family Systems to take a deep dive into our internal worlds and unburden parts of us that we often label as "bad" or "problematic". I use spirituality to get in touch with our soul and allow that to guide us.
