I hope to work with you to make you the best YOU you can be. What does that entail? It's different for everyone. We will work together on goals and figure out the best way to reach them. I will be trying some different approaches that may not be offered through other therapists - Walk and Talk therapy is coming in San Antonio where we can meet in a park and talk! I like to think outside the box - and why leave the fun stuff only for the kids?
I enjoy working with adults, specifically with trauma and attachment-based work. These link throughout our lives, relationships and personalities. I have a passion for the LGBTQIA2S+ community, am open-minded, and am here to help. I will start where you are!
