I use a "body-first" approach to healing. As an EMDR and Brainspotting Expert, I offer therapeutic intensives (multi-hour sessions) for deep, accelerated processing that talk therapy alone can’t reach. For couples, I use Gottman Levels 1-3 to rebuild intimacy. Whether you need Bipolar management or narcissistic abuse recovery, we regulate your system.
