My name is Sonia Guilfoos and I’m a licensed psychotherapist with a license in clinical/mental health social work. I am Latina and first-generation Mexican American. I specialize in brain spotting, cognitive behavioral therapy, and intergenerational trauma, and I use a variety of approaches to help my patients meet their goals. I am well versed in 12-step recovery work, shadow work, and inner child healing. I am very comfortable treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, intergenerational trauma, low self-worth, and addictions. Currently, I prefer working with adults, not couples.

I have been in practice over 20 years and I enjoy working with families and particularly children that have suffered trauma or are struggling with issues from divorce, school issues, social issues and more. John Navejas is registered as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist providing services in both substance abuse and mental health treatment modalities. John’s career experience began while volunteering with the Homeless Collaborative. John has worked with many populations including adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, substance abuse, anger, relationship issues, and identifying/controlling emotions and thoughts. He has led groups such as Anger Replacement Training, Strengthening Families, CBT interventions for substance abuse and created the first trauma informed yoga group at a juvenile detention facility.

My name is Theresa Rodriguez, CADC, LMFT. I have been in the helping field for over 14 years. My experience and background are with individuals who need further assistance with mental health, substance use, trauma, LGBTQ+. Using Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relapse Prevention techniques to help clients make progress and start feeling better about where they are and where they have yet to go. Todd Cospewicz is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of California, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the State of Nevada, and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Colorado He received his Master of Science in Counseling from California State University, Los Angeles with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling and a Minor in Rehabilitation Counseling.
