When people experience any form of trauma, it is not uncommon for them to need help and I would love to be the person to help you get through your life challenges. My clients say my down-to-Earth, friendly, and calming disposition help them feel safe and comfortable so that they can bridge a path on their own away from the trauma.
I received my Master's of Science in Marriage Family Child Counseling in 2011 and Bachelor's of Science in Psychology in 2009. I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I focus on treating individuals with depression/anxiety, PTSD, aftereffects of childhood molestation, grief/loss, and addiction/co-occurring/codependency issues.
I specialize in helping increase a couple's connection and understanding, even after an affair, using the Gottman Method to Couple's Therapy. As a Certified Anger Management Specialist, I help clients understand their anger and develop healthier responses. I look forward to helping you soon!
