About
Life can be overwhelming and full of challenges. I believe we all have the need for a little help at times; someone who listens without judgment and encourages personal growth. I focus on providing compassionate, quality counseling and support individuals in developing new tools to better address troubling issues. I specialize in the treatment of Autism and Aspergers, as well as anxiety, depression, and ADHD/ADD.
I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families struggling with addiction, alcoholism, and communication challenges. I counsel children and teens experiencing behavioral issues that are negatively impacting relationships in the home and impeding performance at school.
Your opportunity to start making positive changes in your life and begin feeling better about yourself and/or loved one can begin today. Feel free to contact me to discuss counseling options.
