This approach helps you to develop a basic capacity for self-attunement and self-regulation, which are essential for satisfying relationships with yourself and others.  Ultimately, this approach can result in a depth and breadth of self-discovery, presence, joy and peace that most spiritual traditions claim to be extremely rare. ​The aim of our approach is to enjoy life with happiness; no more and no less. Our physiology is at the core of happiness.

When you are worried that your child is not at their best and may be suffering from symptoms of depression, anxiety or behavioral problems, it can be difficult to know what to do. Making the decision to put your child in therapy can be a difficult one that comes along with fear of judgement, failure and anxiety. At the same time, we want what is best for our children and we want them to grow and succeed in life. It is my goal to assist children and families to be healthy, happy and thriving.

Hello and Welcome. I have over a decade of practice in individual, adolescent, and couples therapy. I specialize in treating mood or anxiety difficulties, trauma, childhood trauma, relational difficulties, life stressors, or life and identity transitions. My passion is to help you live authentically- experiencing relief, resilience, self-compassion, and increased emotional freedom. We often learn strategies through life to keep us safe, but those strategies may hold us back in our present. It is in our relationships that we learned these strategies; it is through a therapeutic relationship that we re-learn, re-parent, and heal.

Dr. Chircop-Rollick earned her B.A. in Counseling Psychology graduating Cuma Sum Luda from Hawaii Pacific University.She received her from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I provide individual, couples, family, children and youth counseling in a tele-therapy format or walk and talk therapy when clinically appropriate. My treatment approach is collaborative working with clients to discover the most helpful ways to talk about and solve their problems. I employ a Narrative and Solution Focus approach where the client is the expert on their experiences and my role is to guide through questions, suggestions and specific practices. The goal is to support you as you reconnect to your values, skills and preferences in life including people you consider family and community. We will decide if individual, couples or family therapy is best for you. You can invite others to treatment. I also collaborate with other professionals to support you and your family.
