Somatic Science uses somatic experiencing and clinical applications of the polyvagal theory to regulate our nervous system. Most individuals (67%) seek help due to adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) that cause developmental or persistent trauma. ACEs can also cause PTSD and chronic illness. This can show up as mania or depression, anger, dissociation, anxiety, worry or apathy. My approach focus on scientific evidence of the workings of our human biology - not on unproven psychological theories. If you are fed up with being unhappy, & are willing to make the required efforts to change this, my approach is 100% effective.
My approach is based on my own lived experience. I have survived every known sort of traumatic experience, recovered from "incurable" illness, transformed misery into peace and happiness and thrived when others in the medical professions said I was finished. If you are ready and motivated for change, I know of a way to happiness that you can apply from day 1
I am an assistant educator in the Somatic Experiencing trainings worldwide. This gives me the privilege of effecting positive change in individual lives. It also empowers me to work with, understand & influence the work of psychiatrists, physicians, psychotherapists and other helping professionals at a multicultural scale.
