I have come to know myself as a lover of curiosity, an avid outdoors person, and someone who has an intense interest in better understanding the unique experiences of each person. My work in healing has spanned more than fifteen years and my practice in mental health has been improving for more than five years. I have developed a deep respect for relationships, individuals, and the practices that shape our lives. My experience has me coming to understand that only through asking questions and listening closely can we come to really understand our situation and be seen for who we really are.

Hi! I'm a multi-cultural therapist with over 23 years of experience in social work. I've been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2012. I received my Master's Degree in social work from San Diego State University in 2004. I live and work in California, and I have worked with very diverse clients and families throughout my years in social work.

I don't believe there is an ideal client. I believe everyone is different and needs someone to realize that their experiences are unique and important. A client needs someone who is not going place a label them or follow only the lessions we learned in graduate school. Someone who is going to listen and help guide them to the best solution for them.
