Hello! I am Analeise, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working in the NW side of Chicago where I offer individual and family therapy. I chiefly use Strengths Based, Client-Driven, and Person-Centered therapy. We are the experts on ourselves, even when thinking that conditions inside or outside of us are running the show. We have an innate drive to heal and grow. Therapy is designed to connect us with the truest expression of ourselves, not driven by anxiety or reactivity. Meghann Richko is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Yoga Therapist, and Fitness Professional. Dr. Beltramo is a life-long native of the Chicago area. He earned his B.S. from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a major in psychology. He went on to pursue his Masters and Doctoral degrees at Argosy University/Illinois School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Beltramo has worked in the behavioral health field in a variety of capacities since 1993, obtaining his doctoral degree in 2003. From multipally-diagnosed, residentially-placed adolescents to domestic violence offenders to private practice settings, the range of his experience is broad, varied, and comprehensive.

When you or your child/teen is struggling, you want strategies to combat challenges NOW. At North Shore Family Services, we empower kids, teens, and adults to learn tools, so they can succeed independently. Our goal is for children, teens, adults, parents, and couples to learn skills to be successful with school, peers, work, and family- long after therapy ends. We assist with IEP and 504 plans to help our children/teen clients succeed where they spend most of their day- out of their parents' sight. Parents are our partners in helping kids and teens learn life skills.

Specializing in perinatal mental health, I work with mothers and fathers who are enduring heightened stress, depression, anxiety, OCD, and sleep issues that have developed or exacerbated during pregnancy or postpartum. I am extremely compassionate and dedicated to helping those who have experienced pregnancy termination, infertility, and perinatal grief and loss. I also have special clinical interests and experience in chronic pain, self-medication with cannabis, endocrine disorders, and other physical health ailments. I effectively and appreciatively also meet with mental healthcare providers, same-sex parents, and caregivers.
