I am passionate about working with adults, children, and families to help identify barriers and dysfunctions; and to help facilitate positive changes to reinstate normal functions.
I employ an eclectic approach drawing from trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), Family Systems Theory, Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian). I am certified by and employ Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) techniques an evidence-based approach to“Kids do well if they can…”developed by Dr. Stuart Ablon. I am fluent in English, Farsi, & Kurdish.
