My passion is to help people learn ways to capitalize on their strengths and provide support as clients set a path towards improved day-to-day functioning. I am devoted to creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment for healing. I am genuinely curious about the experiences, ideas, beliefs, and hopes clients bring. My theoretical orientation is integrated, pulling from person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, existential, and attachment-based methodologies. In addition, I am EMDR trained.

I specialize in Eating Disorders and Nutritional Counseling, as well as specializing in trauma by utilizing EMDR and Brainspotting. Hi, my name is Breanna. I graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2020 with my Masters in Counseling. I started my work as a therapist with high-risk clients through non-profit and agency work. From there, I moved to private practice where I have thoroughly enjoyed working with a diverse client caseload. I work with all age ranges, as well as with couples and families experiencing all of the stress that life likes to throw at us.
