Are you a new mother, expecting a child, or a mom just struggling with the daily demands and emotional toll (lets be real, aren't we all)? I have extensive history working with perinatal mood disorders, depression, anxiety, dual diagnosis, self esteem, boundary issues, life transitions, trauma and general life dissatisfaction.
I have a special interest in working with moms postpartum and beyond. While I have a special interest in this population, I also love working with those struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, and more! I offer a collaborative approach with humor, compassion and empathy while also challenging you.
I know it can be hard to ask for help. When working with clients my perspective is that you are the expert in yourself, even when you are feeling lost. We all have our own unique experiences.
