Physical and psychological symptoms are often messages, and when we learn to listen, we create space for true change.
Together, we will examine how experiences such as grief, anxiety, and major life transitions affect your emotional well-being and overall functioning. We'll explore the dynamics of your relationships and work to enhance communication and connection through greater emotional insight. Part of our work will also include how the body can store trauma and grief.
Healing isn’t about “fixing” what’s broken—it’s about returning to yourself. You have the power to transform from the inside out. I have a passion for working with young adults, adults, and couples.
