I specialize in helping clients of all ages, with a primary focus on pre-K to adolescent children. I offer virtual appointments for adults during the week and in-person sessions on weekends. My goal is to improve functioning in the home, at school, at the workplace, and in relationships. I use a brain-based approach with attachment-based, mindfulness, play, narrative, and art therapy to address barriers and promote mental wellness. In my practice, I prioritize collaboration with parents when working with children to improve overall family functioning.

I have an extensive history of working with individuals, children, and families who have experienced trauma and attachment disruptions. This experience has included roles in community mental health, day treatment, residential treatment, and telehealth capacities. I support those struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disruptions, and general behavioral difficulties.

I work hard and collaboratively with my clients who are seeking counseling as well as life coaching.
