I have over 16 years of experience working with individuals, families, couples and groups. I work with everyone across the lifespan from ages 5 years on up.
My training is in a variety of approaches, including relational, cognitive-behavioral, family systems, mindful self-compassion and dialectical-behavioral therapies. I practice trauma-focused treatment, caring for those who have endured threats to their livelihood or dignity of belonging. A special passion of mine is offering philosophical counseling.
