My name is Hope and I am a graduate clinical intern attending Grand Canyon University pursuing my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling practicing under supervision (at Compassionate Heart Christian Counseling). I am a dog mom to three amazing yorkie mixes, a lover of Crossfit, a follower of Jesus, and my favorite way to spend time is with family. Clinically, I have experience working with pre-adolescents in group therapy settings for intensive outpatient programs for DBT as well as experience working with adults in individual/family sessions with subjects related to grief, attachment, depression, anxiety and more.

I provide both counseling and astrology services, integrating 40 years experience of astrology into my counseling practice. 20 years of counseling experience involves guiding and supporting others through relationship concerns, family issues, anxiety, depression, sleep problems & women's health (sexual, physical, emotional.) I use CBT, psychodynamic, solution focused and emotionally focused modalities to help the client feel confident and secure in their positive coping skills. I also use mindfulness techniques and encourage the client to approach life holistically (mind, body, spirit) to obtain optimum goals of peace and happiness.

Adlin is a board-certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with clients facing challenges with their sex life, addictions, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, eating disorders, and body image issues. Adlin offers 16+ years of experience assisting clients to find healing and growth. She understands that life can be challenging, and sometimes support is needed to navigate through difficult times. Adlin provides a safe and confidential space where clients can explore their feelings and work towards positive change. Adlin assists with self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.

I have 20+years of experience in mental health therapy with specializations in depression and anxiety. I address most mental health issues such as self esteem, problem solving, serious mental illness, women's issues, grief ,addiction and aging. Anyone having any of these issues will be well served I feel. I am a great listener who is supportive, positive, and friendly. My approach to therapy is my life's work.
