I use a collaborative approach to create a unique plan of healing WITH you. I draw from evidenced-based interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, traditional talk therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
