I have supported individuals transitioning to new stages in their lives, including adulthood, retirement, newly diagnosed medical conditions, postpartum anxiety and/or depression, foster/adoptive families, and family caregivers. I am here to support you, holding space for you in a non-judgmental and compassionate way.
