I specialize in working with individuals and families as they navigate these roads to parenthood, adapting to changes, and addressing unforeseen challenges along the way. I provide Individual Psychotherapy in person and via tele-health. I also provide consultation and evaluations as a part of a family or individuals journey through assisted reproduction in accordance with their medical treatment plan.

I provide individual, family and couples counseling for children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. First session you and I will identify issues that you would like to work on and we will come up with a plan of action on how to implement your goals. I have more than 15 years of experience working with kids, teens, adults, and families who are facing challenges to promote healing from past traumas, difficult relationships, and overwhelming feelings.

We are a group of six dedicated Counselors whose priority is to provide compassionate, trauma-informed, holistic mental health care services. The collective is housed in a multidisciplinary clinic, sharing office space and working closely with Fairbanks Family Wellness and Golden Heart Heath and Wellness. It is our hope that you will be supported in an integrative environment that understands the mind-body connection.
