Whether you are struggling with a specific issue or feel that there should be more to life, together we can strengthen your self-awareness and better understand the significance of your relationships. Navigating current stressors and processing past emotional pain is possible. My goal is to assist you in developing somatic and energetic awareness, discovering solutions for a better future and enhancing the trust you have in yourself. I provide counseling services in an accepting and supportive environment for adults and couples.
It is possible to brave your deepest feelings and face what in your life isn’t working. Therapy is a partnership, together we will spend time making sense of your thoughts, feelings, and choices. I use an integrative therapy approach; when working with me you can expect trust, evidence-based approaches, caring directness, and a playful spirit.
Our work together may include: identifying limiting thinking or behavior patterns; exploring attachment; building somatic and energetic awareness; and expanding self-compassion.
