We are a group of five dedicated Counselors who provide compassionate, trauma-informed, holistic mental health care services to individuals, children and adolescents, couples and families, active military and veterans throughout Alaska via in-person and telehealth services. It is our hope that you feel safe, supported and cared about in an integrative environment that understands the mind-body connection. We are committed to wellness and wholeness for each of our clients. We aim to provide the tools for change, empowerment, and resilience, and to improve coping and capability with each interaction.
Our counselors utilize an eclectic approach with a blend of therapies to fit individual needs, including cognitive, dialectical and acceptance-based therapies, body-based therapies, Trauma therapies (i.e. Brainspotting, EMDR, Internal Family Systems Therapy) and client-centered interventions to meet individual needs.
