I enjoy working with adults 18 and older. My specialties are working with those dealing with bipolar and other persistent mental illnesses, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, trauma related symptoms and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD, C-PTSD). The evidence based practices I am trained in and able to incorporate into sessions include: Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.
