My name is Wendy Frankle. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, and a member of the American Counseling Association. My specialty and passion is working with adolescent girls and their families as well as Grief Recovery. I have 19+ years experience working with children and their families ages 6-18 years who have emotional difficulties as well as a wide range of diagnosis. I will strive to provide a safe, nurturing environment where we can work together to plant the seeds necessary for your health, hope and happiness.
In family therapy, I will help your family come together to create a more cohesive family system while allowing each member to express their individual desires by: Helping to re-establish a new parent/child relationship. Reconnect in a new and more effective way. Improve communication. Become effective listeners. Etc.
In individual therapy, I will work with you to feel better about yourself and your family, identify key issues of concern and to develop healthier coping and decision making skills. I can also help people learn the correct tools to recover from the pain of grief.
