Our specialties include working with children, teens and families, helping people of all ages heal from trauma and deal with stress and providing services including psychological evaluations for immigration cases. We also love working with members of the LGBTQ+ community, people who have migrated and their families and folks who have overcome multiple layers of hardship.
My mini group of therapists brings a variety of experience to therapy. I’ve worked with children, teens, families and adults in office, school, home and online settings for the past 10 years. The therapists in my practice have experience and training working with trauma, people who have migrated and their families, maternal mental health, ADHD and more.
All services are offered online and include individual and family inclusive therapy, clinical supervision and evaluations for immigration. Therapeutic modalities offered include CBT, TFCBT, DBT, ACT, WRAP, attachment based, behavioral, solution focused, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness.
